Information you provide

The public AI assistant processes the question you enter. Do not submit passwords, account numbers, Social Security numbers, tax IDs, payment-card information or confidential financial documents. AI questions are not placed in Jim’s CRM unless you submit a contact request.

A contact request may include your name, email, phone number, business, role, preferred contact method, requested service, timing and description of the issue. This information is stored privately so KC ProAdvisor can respond and manage follow-up.

How information is used

Information is used to answer questions, respond to requests, provide requested consulting information, operate the customer portal, prevent abuse and improve answer quality. Contact permission for an inquiry is not permission to add you to a marketing list.

Service providers

OpenAI and the site-hosting providers process information needed to operate the site. The configured email provider may process contact details and notification messages. Ask Jim does not sell visitor information.

Retention and deletion

Inquiry records are retained while needed for follow-up, service history, security and ordinary business records. To request access, correction or deletion, email jim@kcproadvisor.com. Some information may be retained when reasonably required for legal, security or accounting records.

Customer portal

The portal uses ChatGPT sign-in and shows requests associated with the signed-in email address. If you used a different email when submitting a request, it may not appear.
